How to learn pinyin well? 

I think Chinese tone pronunciation is hard to learn. Usually I can't speak the second and the third tone correctly. What should I do to impove it?

I think you can try "Tone practice"  http://chinesepod.com/tools/addons. With its help you learn how to pronounce and see the result.

I think Tone practice is very good for you to practise Chinese tones. It's easy for learners to use. I recommend you to have a try!

Chinese Pinyin has four tones, you can read after this English-Chinese dictionary . Practice makes perfect.
