Beijing Noodles with Soybean Paste

jiānɡ huánɡ ɡuā 、 xiānɡ chūn 、 dòu yá 、 qīnɡ dòu 、
将黄瓜、香椿、豆芽、青豆、

huánɡ dòu qiē hǎo huò zhǔ hǎo , zuò chénɡ cài mǎ bèi yònɡ 。
黄豆切好或煮好,做成菜码备用。

rán hòu zuò zhà jiànɡ , jiānɡ ròu dīnɡ jí cōnɡ jiānɡ děnɡ fànɡ zài yóu lǐ chǎo ,
然后做炸酱,将肉丁及葱姜等放在油里炒,

zài jiā rù huánɡ dòu zhì zuò de huánɡ jiànɡ huò tián miàn jiànɡ zhà chǎo , jí chénɡ zhà jiànɡ 。
再加入黄豆制作的黄酱或甜面酱炸炒,即成炸酱。

Beijing Noodles with Soybean Paste

Beijing Noodles with Soybean Paste is a northern Chinese dish consisting of thick wheat noodles topped with a mixture of stir-fried ground pork and cucumber with fermented soybean paste. Nicknamed as "Chinese spaghetti", the noodles has been popular throughout Beijing.
